The EPA says that models with the base 2.0-liter will achieve 27 mpg in the city and 34 miles to the gallon on the highway, with 29 mpg combined. The trims with the 2.5-liter engine only drop one mpg for city and highway driving. The Wilderness, with its more off-road-capable features, is still very good at 25 mpg (city) and 29 (highway).
